Holiday Ventures is a luxury excursion experience organizer that creates unique itineraries for those Travelers that fancy only the best in action travel, amenities, and entertainment. Holiday Ventures does not assume any liability for any itinerary events that are not related to the specific itinerary being fulfilled and all Travelers are required to have their own travel/health insurance coverage in place prior to travel with Holiday Ventures. All deposits that are placed by a prospective traveler, whether on-line or telephonically, are refundable in the event the Traveler does not contract for an excursion.
Deposits accepted by Holiday Ventures are date/time stamped and are used to account for placement on an itinerary due to most itineraries being limited in space availability. Should you have any interest in any itinerary or should you request a particular itinerary to be fulfilled, Holiday Ventures strongly suggests that you place a deposit to assure your placement and to acquire the availability of the itinerary.
Holiday Ventures does offer certain opportunities on itineraries that require separate certification and/or qualification via the resourced entities, i.e. health requirements and/or physical conditioning/skill level; Holiday Ventures reserves the right to disqualify any Traveler from participating in any activity that is considered by Holiday Ventures or the participating resource to be above the health condition/skill level of the traveler and not in the best interests of Holiday Ventures and/or the traveler.
All Travelers participating in Holiday Ventures group excursions are expected to be respectful and courteous to all other Travelers and Holiday Ventures reserves the right to disqualify a Traveler by removing said party from the excursion should any Traveler that becomes unmanageable, unruly, and/or a nuisance to the other Travelers present a situation whereby normal communications do not correct the disturbance. A disturbance shall be an occasion when one Traveler lodges a complaint with the travel coordinator regarding another Traveler becoming unruly, disrespectful, and/or a nuisance to that Traveler and/or the group in general. All cases are considered separate and reviewed by Holiday Ventures immediately for settlement.
